Please make sure you read the terms &
conditions before making a booking.
- Full payment is required with any activity booking.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit with any accommodation booking is required. Should the accommodation booking fall within 7 days prior to arrival full payment is due.
- Special offers communicated through all our channels will have different payment conditions. Weddings, events and conference will have their own specific terms.
- Mela Luxury Game Lodge reserves the right to cancel any booking under any circumstances that are not favourable for the lodge or if full payment not received on due date.
- All room account balances must be settled in full on departure by cash or credit card.
- Check-in time is from 14h00 on day of arrival and check out by 10h00 on day of departure. Please advise us of any planned late arrivals
- Should a guest require a late check-out an additional fee will apply
- Special dietary requirements (vegan, dairy/glutenfree etc, strictly Halaal, Kosher etc) will carry an additional charge.
- No refund is applicable after start of scheduled activity should unfavourable weather conditions necessitate a termination of the activity.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS:
Mela luxury Game Lodge makes use of third party reservations systems in order to facilitate the online booking and reservation service. When making a booking via the online travel sites, please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the terms, conditions, cancellation policies and relevant privacy policies once you are re-directed to their individual website or gateway.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival – forfeit accommodation deposit.
- 7 days and less prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee will be charged for accommodation and activities booked.
- 30 days before arrival-100% full refund will be due to the guest.
